2027 Ram ProMaster City Revives Midsize Commercial Van Segment with Big Capability

2027 Ram ProMaster City returns to the Ram Professional lineup as a right-size commercial van delivering more capability, space, safety and value.

Squared-off cargo area provides more than 167 cu. ft. of volume, a 111-inch-long load floor (over 9 feet) and more than 48 inches between the rear wheel wells - enough room for two standard U.S. pallets front to back.

With a targeted 2,000 lbs. of towing capability and over 2,000 lbs. of payload, ProMaster City hauls a ton and tows a ton.

With an overall height under 80 inches, ProMaster City easily fits in standard garages and structures while still providing generous cargo‑area height.

Features standard 180-degree rear swing doors and a new, available rear liftgate.

Powered by a turbocharged 1.6‑liter I‑4 producing 166 horsepower and 221 lb.-ft. of torque, paired with an eight‑speed automatic transmission and front-wheel drive.

Safety technology includes forward collision warning with automatic emergency braking, Driver Attention Alert and side‑curtain airbags on Passenger Wagon.

Interior includes a standard 10‑inch digital cluster, 10‑inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay/Android Auto and a digital rearview mirror.

Exterior optimized for work with high‑mounted bumpers, short overhang, raked hood for visibility and flat bodysides ideal for business branding.

SLT trim adds body‑color front bumper with fog lamps, body‑color rear bumper side panels and 17‑inch dual‑tone wheels.

6/01/26 - To further solidify our leadership position in the commercial market, Ford will offer a 5- year/100,000-mile powertrain warranty on all Ford commercial products beginning with 27MY. Fleets must have a valid Fleet Identification Number (FIN Code) to receive the warranty, and the vehicle must be sold with a “fleet” sales type.

The 5-year/100,000-mile limited powertrain warranty is available only to fleet purchasers with a valid FIN Code. When the sale is entered into the sales reporting system with a sales type “fleet” along with a valid FIN Code, the longer, 5-year/100,000-mile limited powertrain warranty will automatically be added to the vehicle. This limited warranty will stay with the vehicle even if it is subsequently sold to a non-fleet customer before the limited warranty expiration.
